Mini 8L Vaccine Transport Carrier Insulated Cold Chain Box For Delivery

Vaccine transport carrier are insulated containers that can be lined with cold source(ice bricks or ice packs) to keep vaccines and diluents cold during transportation and/or short period storage. It included aluminium foil liner which can hold frozen BD ice gel and avoid vaccine or medicine from touching ice gel.

Vaccine cold chain box is high performance, fully sealed, insulated vaccine carrier. Cooling is supplied by sealed pre- frozen BDIceGel units (MSDS attached). Provision is made for external temperature monitoring if required.

Vaccine transport carrier is designed by the manufacturer specifically to be used principally as a stand alone temporary containment or storage function where safe temperature limits areessential in transit, or during use, for medical products including vaccines for human beings in the prevention, treatment or alleviation of disease.

The cold box stays cool for 24-32 hours at 2 to 8° C at 35°C ambient temperature and for up to 40 hours below 25° C ambient temperature.

Application
Our vaccine carrier and cold boxes, specially designed to hold temperatures within essential safe temperature limits without electricity during transport or use for:
Vaccines,Insulin,Biopharmaceutical, Life Science and other Medical Products, IVD products and biological specimens,Selected fresh food, drink and dairy products. 

Instruction
1.Set the refrigerator at -18°C or lower.  
2.  Check that all BD water ice bricks are filled to the mark. in a liquid state and do not leak. Reject any leaky packs.
3. For best results, place the BD water ice bricks in a single layer flat on trays in the refrigerator, sufficiently spaced for air flow over the surface of the bricks.
4.Freeze the BD water ice bricks for 24 hrs. minimum. The bricks must be competely solid before use.
5. Open the lid of cold boxes and put liner in place.
6. If a digital thermometer and/or high temperature alarm is installed, check the batteries, and replace if neccessary. Clean and check the cable and sensor.
7. Remove the BD Water Ice Bricks from the refrigertator. Condition by placing them flat in a well ventilated position at room temperature until the surface temperature rises to above 0°C (dew will form on the surface of the Bricks at this point). 
8. Place the BD Water Ice Bricks in the liner pockets. 
9 .Close the lid, and wait for the temperature inside the box to reduce to below 8°C. 
10. Open the lid and transfer the Vaccine or other product directly from the refrigerator to vaccine carrier.
11. Place the thermometer sensor at the centroid of the cold space.
12. Close the lid of box and fasten button.
